It's a new year and I've been doing my best to make more meals at home.

The most excellent pans my wife has ever used. She is a private/personal chef. Previously she only used cast iron or Farberware Stainless steel. The consistency and cook is extremely predictable. A good med rare is always perfect on steaks. Clean up is a whiz and the non-stick is next to perfect. We also have the large 10 inch. Also sent the full set to my daughter.

These pans are wonderful! I bought them because I now have an induction stovetop and my old pan were a mix of magnetic and not. These things cook and clean up like a dream. No sticking during cooking and so easy to clean any gooey mess (my forte). Just soak in water for a few minutes, then wash with a soapy sponge. Can't say enough good things about them. I'd love it if they were less expensive, but with a lifetime warranty, you can't go wrong. Young adults should buy them now and they will never have to buy new again! Watch for the sales!!
